large noncleaved cell lymphoma a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma characterized by formation of malignant large noncleaved follicular center cells. Because of the wide variety of prognostic levels and the existence of tumors with several types of cells, these tumors have been divided among several different groups of follicular and diffuse lymphomas.
