AOL and Macintosh Users:

If you have problems viewing graphics on a web page, you may need to empty your web browser's cache or increase the size of the cache. The browser cache is used to store images locally on your computer, which typically means that you see your pictures and pages more quickly. Please follow the steps below to help optimize your experience on the Internet.

Netscape Navigator v6.0 & AOL (Macintosh)

If you are unsure of the browser type you are using, choose Help from the browser menu, and then choose About Netscape or About Internet Explorer.


Netscape Navigator v6.0 & AOL (Macintosh)

  Choose Edit from the top menu bar.
  Select Preferences.
  In the category list, click Advanced.
  In the Advanced list, click Cache.
  Click Clear memory cache and Clear disk cache. This empties the cache
and frees space on your hard drive.
  To increase the cache size, change the number of available KBytes to a
higher number.
  Click OK to save the changes.
     

Netscape Navigator v4.0 & AOL (Macintosh)

  Choose Edit from the top menu bar.
  Select Preferences.
  In the category list, click Advanced.
  In the Advanced list, click Cache.
  Click Clear disk cache now. This empties the cache and frees space on your
hard drive.
  To increase the cache size, change the number of available KBytes to a
higher number.
  Click OK to save the change
     

Internet Explorer v5.0 & AOL (Macintosh)

  Choose Edit from the top menu bar.
  Select Preferences.
  Under Web Browser, click Advanced.
  In the Advanced list, click Cache.
  Next to Cache, click Empty Now. This frees space on your hard drive.
  To increase the cache size, change the number of available MB to a higher number
  Click OK to save the changes

  Select Preferences.
